For those who would like to keep up with the Listener Lawsuit - brought by the Committee to Remove the Pacifica Board, a new website has been constructed that contains all documents filed to date - including responses from Pacifica attorneys. As most of the documents were scanned into PDF files, you'll need an Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them.
The full text of the Listener Lawsuit, as well as the Robinson-Kriegel and LAB suits are also on the site as they were included in Pacifica filings 10-16-00. The address is:
